Sumario:This study examines neuroses in the context of the dynamics between predisposing factors and current conflict. Psychic conflicts triggered by frustrations experienced by the subjects within the surrounding social world. The analysis takes into account the real, material, economic, and social constraints of the denials in the present circumstances. Distinguishing in neurotic (or predisposed) subjects the ways they relate to external conditions, and their changes or denials. A theoretical development in which controversies are dealt with, among psychoanalysts or referring to criticisms of psychoanalysis, such as the alleged pansexualism, or the one that argues that its purpose would be normalizing. Subsequently, it will be exemplified with case analyses, which involve reformulations. Finally, certain technical difficulties related to the subject matter are reconsidered.
