Sumario:Around the 1980s worldwide, as debate began, it was put on the agenda the issue of equality between men and women. In this way, it was started to being promoted the inclusion of gender perspectives in public policies. In this research work it is analyzed and characterized, the gender perspective in the design of public policies for Vocational Training during the years 2015-2019, as from the FOR-GEN program. Therefore, it will be carried out, a qualitative study with descriptive empirical techniques, starting from the concepts of subjectivities and gender roles as a cultural construct that affect the design of public policies. Finally, it concludes, in the first place, the gender roles influence in the choice of training formative, in the second place, that the public policies of Vocational Training in Argentina, they had a universal and neutral character with respect to the gender perspective.
