| Sumario: | In 2015, the General Alvear government incorporated an area into the government structure that institutionalized its labor at the global level. Being an intermediate city, with 46,429 inhabitants (INDEC, 2010), General Alvear joined the group of cities which already have an international area. Therefore, in addition to nation- state, other actors maintain cooperative international relations. The article describes internationalization experience carried out by the government in the period 2015-2019 through two dynamics: “from the inside-out” and “from the outside-in” and it also mentions development results. |
