Additionally, it seeks to contribute to an intercultural approach that strengthens food sovereignty in Indigenous communities of the Chaco salteño region. El artículo analiza un taller de salud alimentaria realizado en la Tecnicatura en Enfermería Intercultural Bilingüe de Misión Carboncito, Salta. Examina cómo las reconfiguraciones territoriales han transformado las prácticas alimentarias wichí y explora las representaciones sobre la salud y el territorio. Asimismo, busca contribuir a un enfoque intercultural que fortalezca la soberanía alimentaria en comunidades indígenas del Chaco salteño. L'article analyse un atelier sur la santé alimentaire réalisé dans le cadre du programme de Diplôme Technique en Soins Infirmiers Interculturels Bilingues de Misión Carboncito, Salta. Il examine comment les reconfigurations territoriales ont transformé les pratiques alimentaires des Wichí et explore les représentations de la santé et du territoire.
