Sumario:The article analyzes a food health workshop held at the Higher Technical Degree in Bilingual Intercultural Nursing in Misión Carboncito, Salta. It examines how territorial reconfigurations have transformed Wichí food practices and explores representations of health and territory. Additionally, it seeks to contribute to an intercultural approach that strengthens food sovereignty in Indigenous communities of the Chaco salteño region.
