Sumario:This paper analyzes some information and communication technologies (ICT) policies implemented by the diferent State´s spheres in Argentina, in connection with the educational field, and in reference to indigenous peoples. The above is developed through three research lines. In first place, the process of recognizing indigenous peoples rights in Argentina. Secondly, and in relation to ICT, the study of the regulations on ICT related to indigenous peoples. Finally, the study, the plans and programs implemented, from this same intersection, during the period 2006-2015 (responding to the National Education Law No. 26,206 santion in December 2006; and to national government administration completion in 2015). The methodology used is qualitative, and combines ethnography techniques -interviews and participant observations- with bibliographic and from secondary sources analysis.
