From the perspective of our work, the Santa Fe justicialism starts a new decade going through a strong internal partisan crisis. However, it managed to adapt to this political situation, achieving a third consecutive administration since 1983, with the corollary of the candidacy of the elected governor Carlos Alberto Reutemann. The research is based on the exploration of press materials, party archives and specialized bibliography. El estudio del partido justicialista santafesino en los albores de los años noventa, en particular en torno a las elecciones provinciales que tuvieron lugar en 1991, nos lleva a comprender la complejidad de este proceso histórico bajo la multidimensionalidad de matices que ofrece el concepto de cultura política al indagar en una determinada red de prácticas, valores y representaciones, compartidas y concebidas, que orientan los intereses de sujetos inmersos en relaciones de poder. En la perspectiva de nuestro trabajo, el justicialismo santafesino inicia una nueva década atravesando una fuerte interna partidaria en su seno. Sin embargo, logró adaptarse a esa coyuntura política logrando una tercera administración consecutiva, desde 1983, teniendo como corolario la candidatura del gobernador electo Carlos Alberto Reutemann.
