| Sumario: | The study of the Santa Fe justicialist party in the early nineties, particularly around the provincial elections that took place in 1991, leads us to understand the complexity of this historical process under the multidimensionality of nuances offered by the concept of political culture when investigating a certain network of practices, values and representations, shared and conceived, that guide the interests of subjects immersed in power relations.
From the perspective of our work, the Santa Fe justicialism starts a new decade going through a strong internal partisan crisis. However, it managed to adapt to this political situation, achieving a third consecutive administration since 1983, with the corollary of the candidacy of the elected governor Carlos Alberto Reutemann.
The research is based on the exploration of press materials, party archives and specialized bibliography.
