| Sumario: | The dissemination of technically based farming knowledge was one priority of the National Agricultural Ministry, solidified through the creation of Regional Agronomy Offices to meet the different regional demands across the country. Particularly, implementing an outreach system required the strategical partnership with the railroad companies to broaden the scope of the service, both in terms of extension and potential recipients. This article is intended to explore the first discussions on the Regional Agronomy network and the scale of implementation reached thanks to the railroad's support, in the cases of Tucumán, Mendoza, and La Pampa. |
