Sumario:This work aims to understand, based on the example of an organization geared toward assisting people with disabilities, how the lack of accessibility features in digital organizational communication configures violence against people with sensory disabilities (visual and auditory). For this purpose, a bibliographical research and an analysis of the accessibility of the institutional website and the Facebook page of an NGO from Bauru/Brazil, committed to including people with disabilities, were carried out. The analysis criteria are guided by the Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content and the presence of resources. The results indicate that the organization does not meet the standards of web accessibility and the absence of essential elements, such as audio description, sign language, legends and alternative verses. These are factors that demonstrate the digital exclusion of people with deficiencies and the need for actions in the digital sphere and the organizational culture to confront various forms of violence.
