Sumario:The phenomenon of sharenting refers to the behavior of parents to disseminate photos and data of their children on social networks. Through these publications, adults participate in the construction of their children's digital identity, often withoutconsidering their opinion or consent. The exposure of shared information could lead to consequences that violate the very personal rights of children. The objective of this work is to examine the risks of the exhibition of childhoods on the Internet by theirparents, and to know if the existing legal protection in Argentina is sufficient or if it entails a new challenge for national law. For this, the current legislation was analyzed, and the national doctrine and jurisprudence was examined and systematized. From this, a state of the art on sharenting and the rights involved in the phenomenon was elaborated. The results indicate that, although there is protection of rights, there are risks that do not have specific regulation.
