The study considers the experiences and perceptions of educational stakeholders, evaluating how policies, technological infrastructure, and school practices interacted to facilitate learning. El presente trabajo de investigación analiza la implementación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en las escuelas de la Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina, durante la pandemia de COVID-19, a partir de resultados obtenidos en una investigación previa sobre procesos comunicacionales y uso de las TIC en las escuelas primarias de la región, destacando las políticas diseñadas para sostener la educación en contexto de emergencia y examinando las estrategias adoptadas por las instituciones y los docentes para garantizar la continuidad pedagógica, así como las oportunidades y dificultades que surgieron en la apropiación de estas herramientas digitales. El estudio contempla las experiencias y percepciones de los actores educativos, evaluando cómo las políticas, la infraestructura tecnológica y las prácticas escolares interactuaron para facilitar el aprendizaje.
