| Sumario: | The results obtained during the fourth year of research on the tools provided by the Neuroscience oriented to
achieve a more efficient Human Capital management in SMEs in Rosario and thus obtain improvements in their performance in general are
presented. During the year, interviews were carried out with the staff that occupies the middle management and a focus gro up with part of the operational staff.
The data obtained in these activities allowed us to reach conclusions and diagnoses from which different alternatives for solving the problems detected are proposed, with
the objective initially set to achieve motivation and enhance the performance of personnel in the companies surveyed.
Work continued with a qualitative approach to give continuity to the surveys of previous years.
