| Sumario: | Managing resources is not easy, since it implies giving more value to what you have and being able to find the opportunity in what you do not have. And if, in addition, these resources will be applied in economies and companies in crisis and instead, what may become more difficult as inspiring, will be making the best decision of the best value proposition. So, in that unifying view, perhaps the contribution of an external view is greater than an internal one, so that from its ethic, expertise and commitment to the best combinations of the company´s objective resources, the best decision on resources, has to do transformation, methodology and commitment, to improve the path of the company towards the future. |
