Sumario:In view of the curricular change in the bachelor’s degree in Management, the present paper is an analysis of Cases of Collective, Intrinsic and Descriptive Interpretative Study. These reflect, in a sense, the current work of the graduates/s in administration, which infer the current technological requirements for their professional performance. In this sense, this work includes a survey that was implemented through a self-administered questionnaire. It highlighted the situational factors of the Henry Mintzberg model as different facts or specific situations that allow evaluating the technological level of the organization. Also, the type of job and its hierarchical level through phrases that best describe the daily work. And finally, current technological tools such as hardware devices, mobile phones, business intelligence software, and digital signatures.
