| Sumario: | This paper proposes to make visible the view of the authorities of the Faculty of Economic and Statistical Sciences of the UNR, around the Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, from their perspectives and knowledge, within the framework of the Research Project entitled "Professional Reality of the Bachelor in Administration". A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out using a qualitative approach. We worked with semi-structured, in-depth interviews, starting from an interview guide common to the six interviews, adjusting in each case to the interviewee. The interviewees expressed during the course of the interviews their agreements or disagreements on different points, as well as expressed their opinions and planned proposals regarding the career. Unanimously, the interviewees said that the common of the people does not clearly recognize the professional profile of the Bachelor in Administration but that it is well defined in the curriculum of the career. They also agreed that this situation could be improved through greater and better dissemination. According to the interviewees, most of the incoming students do not have a clear profile, not only of LA but also of the other careers in Economics. In terms of profiles, there was total agreement that it has to be generalist. As regards the competitive advantages of the Bachelor in Administration, various opinions were obtained, on which there is more agreement with those related to the versatility and flexibility of the Bachelor in Administration; its general vision allows it to understand the organization as a whole. All the positions expressed by the interviewees are valid, coexisting, enriching and transcend the classrooms, which inspires to continue working on this subject in pursuit of a continuous improvement of excellence and educational quality. |
