| Sumario: | This article analyzes, for each resource category, the impact of making decisions in scenarios in which the uncertainty and the threat of permanent changes in realities, competitive roles and market behavior, can alter not only the requirement of each category in the value proposition, but also the level of investment and its consequent impact on the company’s value proposition. The structural transformations, during and after scenarios of uncertainty and threat, wil rethink the methodologies of conceptualization and evaluation of resources to guarantee their permanence as distinctive capacities. |
