Sumario:In the vertiginous present, society and organizations are living moments of uncertainty, risk and chaos. We question how organizations are in the face of the pandemic? How do managers react and decide? What role do leaders play? What attitudes do they assu me? How do collaborators respond? Are new work strategies and practices implemented? How are the new changes assumed? We propose to investigate the ways of understanding and assuming the change on the part of the managers and / o business leaders, narrate the working modalities and forms of adaptation of its members in response to the new scenarios and compare the types of companies trying to make a first approximation of organizational change in the present. It turned out that the greatest difficulty deri ved from the impediment to work, not from lack of adaptability of people to technology. The survival of organizations depends on several factors, not only on the capacity to manage in crisis situations; therefore it is not feasible to assert the lack of le adership skills of their managers and / or leaders. In the world of business and work, changes were accelerated by and with the pandemic, leaving many questions about the Post pandemic impact. Can organizations in crisis recover? Those that remain, how wil l their strategies, cultures and structures be affected?
