Sumario:The article presents a functional morphological analysis of the fragments of earthenware recovered in the archaeological site Mariano Miró (1901-1913), department of Chapaleufú, Province of La Pampa, Argentina. From the analysis of the distribution of these fragments, possible base forms of the earthenware materials are determined and their decoration is analyzed both from the surface materials and from the materials recovered in excavation.
