The first one concerns the constitution of the archive, its organization and documentary processing; this includes physical support, inventories, and applicable archival standards. The second one focuses on the archive dissemination through information and communication technologies (ICTs), in particular, the development of a digital platform to expand the access to the collection as well as its circulation. The archive does not represent a mere technical conservation operation, rather, it reflects a broad field of tensions between memory and oblivion, patrimonialization and real estate market forces, critical research and institutional resources limitations. The preservation of hand-drawn plans in times of hyper virtuality exposes these contradictions revealing both their power to interrogate the discipline and the limits imposed by a lack of resources and certain cultural indifference. Within this framework, the experience developed at Blas Pascal University since 2015 has articulated systematization, research, and ICTs configuring the archive not as a neutral repository but as an active space where the meanings of architecture and its recent history are contested. Este artículo examina el proceso de creación y organización del archivo personal del arquitecto José Ignacio Togo Díaz (1927–2009) en Córdoba, Argentina, desde dos problemáticas centrales. La primera remite a la constitución del archivo en su organización y tratamiento documental, atendiendo a su soporte físico, a los inventarios y a las normas archivísticas aplicables. La segunda se orienta a su difusión mediante tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC), en particular el desarrollo de una plataforma digital que procura ampliar el acceso y la circulación del acervo.El archivo no se reduce a una operación técnica de conservación, sino que se inscribe en un campo de tensiones: entre memoria y olvido, entre patrimonialización y mercado inmobiliario, entre investigación crítica y limitaciones desde lo institucional. La preservación de planos dibujados a mano en tiempos de hipervirtualidad expone esas contradicciones, revelando tanto su potencia para interrogar la disciplina como los límites impuestos por la falta de recursos y cierta indiferencia cultural. En este marco, la experiencia desarrollada en la Universidad Blas Pascal desde 2015 articula organización, investigación y TIC, configurando el archivo no como depósito neutral, sino como espacio activo donde se disputan sentidos de la arquitectura y de su historia reciente.
