It proposes the green belt as a “living landscape” and constitutes a valuable resource for researchers, planners, cultural managers, and local actors, also encouraging further research to expand the heritage inventory. No todo era viña, no todo es viña de Matías José Esteves ofrece un análisis integral del cinturón verde de Mendoza, destacando patrimonios “modestos” vinculados a horticultura, fruticultura y otras actividades no vitivinícolas. Combina revisión histórica, análisis arquitectónico y relevamiento de campo con entrevistas, generando un inventario de 248 bienes. El libro articula historia, arquitectura, producción agrícola y planificación territorial bajo un enfoque interdisciplinario, mostrando cómo el patrimonio puede ser herramienta de desarrollo sostenible, turismo responsable y gestión territorial. Propone al cinturón verde como un “paisaje vivo” y constituye un recurso valioso para investigadores, planificadores, gestores culturales y actores locales, incentivando además la continuidad de investigaciones para ampliar el inventario patrimonial.
