| Sumario: | This article aims to inquire about the organizational processes associated with the labor of Mapuche native communities located in South of the Neuquén province, Argentina, originated by their relation with the rural sector of the Excluded Workers Movement, that at present is part of the Union of Male and Female Workers of the Popular Economy. A research based on a qualitative methodology was carried out which included field visits to the communities’ territories, individual and collective interviews and audiovisual records. The findings indicate that the relationship between the native people and the popular economy world strengthens the "return to agriculture" by means of a unionization. |
