Sumario:In the present study we dealt dynamics of conformation and consolidation of a advertising market for medicines between 1912 and 1960, within the framework of the development of the argentine health transition. Within the limits of this vast process, our contribution "”anchored in a qualitative approach, based on hermeneutic"” places in analytical perspective frameworksof the national interior, focusing attention on a limited set of advertising located in what initially was known as the Revista del Círculo Medico de Córdoba. The review is part of a temporary cut that goes from the year of publication of the publication (1912) until 1960, at which time the realization of certain key epidemiological changes for argentine society would be observed.
