Within this framework, universities are redefining their roles as institutions of intersectoral convergence. In recent years, the National University of Córdoba has been working on it, implementing successive actions that allow it to envision challenges and opportunities for intervention. The objective of this paper is to describe a particular experience, associated with the development of an event named Industry-Academy Meetings. What happened before and after the event shows how enriching it can be to capitalize the knowledge acquired, the existing challenges associated with the culture of linkage and the importance of sustaining initiatives over time. It is hoped that the article will contribute to further reflection on this institutional aspect of technology management. |

La conciencia generalizada de que el conocimiento se co-construye entre actores y de manera sistémica, da lugar a que progresivamente exista un mayor número de iniciativas orientadas a generar espacios de articulación e intercambio. En este marco, las universidades resignifican sus roles como instituciones de convergencia intersectorial. La Universidad Nacional de Córdoba viene trabajando en este sentido en los últimos años, implementando acciones sucesivas que le permitan vislumbrar desafíos y oportunidades de intervención. El objetivo de este trabajo es relatar una experiencia en particular, asociada al desarrollo de un evento titulado Reuniones Academia Industria. Lo transitado de manera previa y posterior al evento visibiliza lo enriquecedor de capitalizar los conocimientos adquiridos, los desafíos existentes asociados a la cultura de vinculación y lo importante de sostener las iniciativas en el tiempo. Se espera que el artículo contribuya a seguir reflexionando sobre esta arista institucional de la gestión tecnológica A consciência generalizada de que o conhecimento é co-construído entre actores e de forma sistémica conduz a um número crescente de iniciativas destinadas a gerar espaços de articulação e intercâmbio. Neste contexto, as universidades estão a redefinir os seus papéis como instituições de convergência intersectorial. A Universidade Nacional de Córdoba tem vindo a trabalhar nesta direcção nos últimos anos, implementando acções sucessivas que lhe permitem vislumbrar desafios e oportunidades de intervenção. O objectivo deste documento é relatar uma experiência particular, associada ao desenvolvimento de um evento denominado Reuniões Academia-Indústria.. O que aconteceu antes e depois do evento torna visível como é enriquecedor capitalizar os conhecimentos adquiridos, os desafios existentes associados à cultura do trabalho em rede e a importância de sustentar iniciativas ao longo do tempo. Espera-se que o artigo contribua para uma maior reflexão sobre este aspecto institucional da gestão tecnológica.
