Sumario:Over the last years we witnessed an increase of environment problems and conflicts related to land changes which were the result of interventions from different social agents on La Plata. The different interests that motivates the emergence of new spaces and soil uses define tensions and/or disputes around diverse occupation logics. This is the reason why it was written the project “Environment problems and conflicts. Contribution to its mitigation from environmental planning and administration in La Plata (2000-2020)” with its proposal, methods and goals. It proposes to advance in the theoretical field between the territorial, environmental practice and the administration from the sustainability perspective. The work presented contributes to its knowledge as it exposes the innovative aspects that they make to it, when analyzing the environmental dimension to address environmental problems and conflicts on a local scale and that in some way can be replicated to other territories with similar characteristics. On the other hand, it introduces progress with respect to what was stipulated for the first year of the project, of what was worked during this section of the project in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, in pursuit of the consolidation of the research team and the construction of a common language from the formulation and decoding of the theoretical field with key basic theoretical concepts such as environmental problem and environmental conflict.
