Now a day the Argentinian geography has started to study different conflicts that indigenous communities have. In this regard, we consider that, based on the territorial perspective, it is possible to identify and analyse the strategies of appropriation of space in symbolic and materials terms that subaltern groups build in urban and rural territories. In this way, this paper it is proposed to investigate about the territorialities reconstructed by two indigenous communities in two different spaces in the metropolitan area of Santa Fe: the Qom community on the edge of the Santa Fe locality and the Mocovi community in the per urban of the Recreo locality. Both communities present similarities and differences in the way they have achieved the organization of the territory since three decades ago: the spatial displacements; the relationship with the state in different scales and the externals agents of the community.
