Sumario:In Argentina, the invisibilization and unequal condition of women and generic gender dissidence in archeology have been part of its construction as a scientific discipline. Faced with this situation, for three decades national women archaeologists have organized a growing number of spaces for reflection and have published various investigations on the condition of women in local archeology, as well as biographies and collective and individual experiences. This work aims to make a first compilation and analyze the various activities focus on the history, memories and experiences of Argentine women archaeologists from a federal perspective. A review of the various events and publications since the 1990s reveals two significant moments of discussion initiated by Argentinean women archaeologists. Moreover, it is argued that the epistemological development of the discipline has systematically excluded women as primary contributors. This work aims to enhance the visibility of women in Argentine archaeology, recognizing them as scientific subjects and as key contributors to a collective and multivocal history.
