Sumario:The objective of this work is to analyze the thermal efficiency of a social housing, located in Tafí del Valle, province of Tucumán, and executed in adobe. For this, the stationary calculation is carried out by applying the series of IRAM 11.600 standards, and the quasi-stationary calculation through the home energy efficiency labeling application prepared by the National Secretary of Energy. Although the contributions made by these tools for the evaluation of homes are great, the lack of specific regulations regarding adobe limits and conditions the loading of data; at the same time, these results are deficient since they do not consider the heat accumulated in the materials or the time variable. It is concluded that the energy balance from the dynamic model through thermal simulation with the SIMEDIF software is the most appropriate for the validation of this case study, due to its climatic and envelope characteristics.
