How is it possible to name an event for which the psyche has no words or representations? This paper and its questions arise within the framework of a research project as a final instance of the Specialisation in Legal Psychology (UNC), whose objective is to study the impact of sexual abuse in patients undergoing treatment for problematic consumption in Tucumán. In what way is an event inscribed that - as psychoanalysis indicates - does not find a network of signifiers that support the subject to make a story out of it? A brief bibliographical tour where the concept of trauma occupies a privileged place allows us to approach the devastating effects of sexual abuse on its victims. Among the preliminary results, the concept of "episode or critical period of consumption" developed in the aforementioned research is proposed to account for the return of the traumatic. |

El presente trabajo y sus interrogantes surgen en el marco de la realización de un proyecto de investigación como instancia final de la Especialización en Psicología Jurídica (UNC), cuyo objetivo es estudiar el impacto del abuso sexual en pacientes que realizan tratamiento por consumo problemático en Tucumán. ¿De qué manera se inscribe un acontecimiento que -como bien indica el psicoanálisis- no encuentra red de significantes que den soporte al sujeto para hacer con él una historia? Un breve recorrido bibliográfico donde el concepto de trauma ocupa un lugar privilegiado nos permite aproximarnos a los efectos devastadores del abuso sexual en sus víctimas. Entre los resultados preliminares se propone el concepto de “episodio o período crítico de consumo” desarrollado en la mencionada investigación para dar cuenta del retorno de lo traumático. Un bref parcours bibliographique où le concept de traumatisme occupe une place privilégiée nous permet d'approcher les effets dévastateurs des abus sexuels sur leurs victimes.
