| Sumario: | The Fourth Paradigm of Science or Data Science has been explosive accompanying the development of the megatrends of Industry 4.0. It would be a continuity in paradigmatic gap, of the historical development of the precedents linked to the observational, theoretical and experimental sciences in the construction of the digital world from the analogical one, focusing from a philosophy of technology. Its proponents associate it with Statistics, differentiating them by the influence of Computer Science. This is understandable if we converge the asynchrony of the Statistics-Informatics relationship in the context of the development of science and its impact on the Nation-State. Statistics clearly has a political origin as a descriptor of society based on data as a hermeneutic element that flows through these types of science. Here we reconstruct this history starting from Statistics and its transformation into Data Science with the Nation-State as its background and object. |
