| Sumario: | In this article we go describe the creative process leading to our final degree project, Ellas en el cine, a non-fiction short film that explores, through the view of three Argentinian filmmakers and our own experience of making the film: What sets the gaze in motion in filmmaking? How and why do we make films? Which are our own stories and how are they born? How do women filmmakers write and think about other women on the screen? This film adventure transformed not only the creative setting but also our own production dynamics. This is a bumpy journey of self-discovery, a staging that pursues an artistic group by disorganizing its own gaze.
