Sumario:This article is the result of the work carried out in the extension project: art in prisons (Art Faculty. UNCPBA). It is part of the program Universidad en la Cárcel (Secretaría de Extensión del Rectorado. UNCPBA). The work started at the beginning of 2022 and will last until December 2023. The team is formed by the two professors who are part of the subject Psychology of Learning, a second year subject of the Theater Professor career (Faculty of Arts. UNCPBA) from where the proposal of this extension group was initiated. The team is also formed by an advanced student of the Theater Teacher career and a Theater Teacher graduate.   The purpose of this project is to work with the workshop leaders who will teach art in prison within the framework of the University in Prison Program. The team of workshop leaders is composed of seven in total: five theater workshop leaders, one literature workshop leader and one multimedia workshop leader.  We intend to know and reflect on the development of art workshops in prisons, difficulties and/or facilitators of the task, the meaning given to the workshops, practices of teaching art in prison. The objective is to give visibility to their work and to be able to analyze, question and reflect on the situated practice.
