Sumario:We describe the position that seeks to occupy China in the concert of nations and the obstacles it faces. We hold that the policy of aggrandizement of the "national interest" that marks the Chinese advance is stabilized in the relation with Russia and the rest of Southeast Asia, and this "architecture" begins to be strengthened to try to circumvent the risks of entering into a confrontation with the United States. We review some features of a military nature, under the assumption that it is a very significant issue and where the US ranks first, and China's exceptional growth in all others. We also pay special attention to the relation established by China with South America, as we believe that China constructs a "global South" with the aim of increasing its global power status.
