| Sumario: | This article comprises the study of three labor cases in which the claimants, rural workers from Pernambuco, interpellate their bosses on the Board of Conciliation and Judgement, during the military regime installed in 1964. The analysis of these processes will reveal a very common practice on the part of some owners trying to foist on workers who claim their labor rights to be branded subversive and communist political agitator. At the same time, is also under study within these processes, the discourse and practices of the police and military forces when triggered in relation to labor issues. |
