| Sumario: | "Exercises to conjugate the verb abort" is a project we have been doing/thinking with different actions, performances and street interventions; using gesture, fire, conjugations, drawers, words as materials. To think of the word abortion stripped of its univocal meaning, to think of abortion as a possibility that already exists, as the interruption of an action or a process, as an act of subversion to the patriarchal system. Aborting naturalised ideas, daily practices, common sense. Abortion as an infinitive has time and a person, it is today and it is me (and it is us). |
