| Sumario: | Report of academic experience of undergraduate nursing in a Primary Health Care Family Unit (PHCFU) on the Eastern Region of Goiania-Goias, Brazil, conducted in 2009. Its aim to elaborate of participative way the strategic planning of the unit. There were two workshops during the stage that promoted a favorable environment for the identification of problems and questions of the unit. Given the problems elaborated objectives, discussion of creative actions and since them was elaborate a plan of action. Actions arising from the strategic plan developed by PHCFU professionals, have had immediate and significant results for health staff and community users of the Unified Health System |
