There were modifications in the evaluation system of medical specialties; three stand out: the conception of an articulated and structured evaluation system, the figure of observers-control, and the portfolio.  Research was done from a qualitative-quantitative approach in order to inquire and analyze the evaluation processes being implemented in medical specialties since 2015.  Interviews were held with a member of the Secretary of Health Sciences Graduates and with three observers; and fifty surveys were implemented with graduates from the specialty training careers.  Participation in interviews and surveys was voluntary and confidential.  Results are expressed in the following categories: “Evaluation as building a space moving between changes - resistance and learning”, “Control as guarantee, between checking and accompanying in promotional and integrating exams” and “Self-assessment and register of evaluations as institutional decisions.”

De las recomendaciones recibidas de la Comisión Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria (CONEAU), se generaron cambios en las especializaciones médicas, que potenciaron mejoras en la actividad académica. Se efectuaron modificaciones en el sistema de evaluación de las especializaciones médicas, en los que se destacan tres: la concepción de un sistema de evaluación articulado y estructurado, la figura de los veedores-fiscalización y el portfolio. Se abordó la investigación desde un enfoque cualitativo/cuantitativo con la intención de indagar y analizar los procesos evaluativos implementados en las especializaciones médicas a partir del 2015. Se realizaron entrevistas a un integrante de la gestión de la Secretaría de Graduados en Ciencias de la Salud (SGCS), a tres veedores y se implementaron cincuenta encuestas a egresados de las carreras de especialización. La participación de los entrevistados y encuestados fue voluntaria y confidencial. Los resultados se enuncian en las siguientes categorías: “La evaluación como construcción de un espacio que transita entre cambios - resistencia y aprendizajes”, “La fiscalización como garantía, entre el control y el acompañamiento en las evaluaciones promocional y final integradora” y “Autoevaluación y registro de las evaluaciones como decisiones institucionales”. Conclusión: se reconocen posiciones diferentes respecto de la evaluación, sin embargo, se identifican aspectos positivos de los cambios del sistema de evaluación en todas las perspectivas.   A Faculdade de Ciências Médicas (FCM) apresenta-se para a acreditação das carreiras de especialização médica. A partir das recomendações recebidas da Comissão Nacional de Avaliação e Acreditação Universitária (CONEAU), foram geradas mudanças nas especializações médicas, que promoveram melhorias na atividade acadêmica. Realizaram-se modificações no sistema de avaliação das especialidades médicas, das quais destacam-se três: a concepção de um sistema de avaliação articulado e estruturado, a figura dos supervisores-fiscalização  e o portfolio. A investigação foi focada numa abordagem quali/quantitativa com o intuito de pesquisar e analisar os processos avaliativos implementados nas especialidades médicas a partir de 2015. Realizaram-se entrevistas a um membro da direção da Secretaria da Graduação em Ciências da Saúde (SGCS), a três supervisores e cinquenta enquetes a formados de carreiras de especialização. A participação dos entrevistados e pesquisados ​​foi voluntária e confidencial. Os resultados são expressos nas seguintes categorias: "A Avaliação como construção de um espaço percorrido entre mudanças-resistência e aprendizagens", "A fiscalização como garantia, entre o controle e o acompanhamento em avaliações promocional e final integrativas" e "A Autoavaliação e registro das avaliações como decisões institucionais”. Conclusão: reconhecem-se diferentes posicionamentos em relação à avaliação, contudo, identificam-se aspectos positivos das mudanças no sistema de avaliação em todas as perspectivas.
