Methods: Descriptive and psychometric study, which by means of theoretical constructs models item design; Through protocol, Delphi methodology training and expert judgment, it develops content validation; and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA).
Results: 15 items were designed for the “access” subscale, 3 items did not require modifications. Aiken's V and Content Validity Ratio show values above 0.85 in all items and a content validity index of 0.84. Validated subscale allowed the generation of another 3 subscales, completing a total of 60 items. AFE identifies 4 factors equivalent to 4 designed subscales, with high reliability coefficients (over 0.93).
Conclusions: There is a content validated scale, with a factorial structure consistent with the design of the 4 subscales. |

Resumen Objetivo: Describir experiencia y resultados del diseño, validación de contenido y análisis exploratorio de estructura factorial, de escala para medir nivel de Alfabetización en Salud Sexual y Reproductiva (AS-SR) en estudiantes universitarios. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo y psicométrico, que mediante constructos teóricos modela diseño de ítems; mediante protocolo, entrenamiento de metodología Delphi y juicio de expertos, desarrolla validación de contenido; y Análisis Factorial Exploratorio (AFE). Resultados: Se diseñan 15 ítems para subescala “acceder”, 3 ítems no requirieron modificaciones. V de Aiken y Razón de Validez de Contenido presentan valores sobre 0,85 en todos los ítems e índice de validez de contenido de 0,84. Subescala validada permitió generar otras 3 subescalas, completando un total de 60 ítems. AFE identifica 4 factores equivalentes a 4 subescalas diseñadas, con altos coeficientes de fiabilidad (sobre 0,93). Conclusiones: Se cuenta con escala validada en contenido, con estructura factorial concordante a diseño de las 4 subescalas. Objetivo: Descrever a experiência e os resultados do desenho, validação de conteúdo e análise exploratória da estrutura fatorial, escala para medir o nível de Alfabetização em Saúde Sexual e Reprodutiva (AS-SR) em estudantes universitários.Métodos: Estudo descritivo e psicométrico, que por meio de construção de modelos de itens teóricos delineamento; Por meio de protocolo, treinamento da metodologia Delphi e julgamento de especialistas, desenvolve a validação de conteúdo; e Análise Fatorial Exploratória (EFA).Resultados: foram elaborados 15 itens para a subescala “acesso”, 3 itens não necessitaram de modificações. O V de Aiken e a Razão de Validade de Conteúdo apresentam valores acima de 0,85 em todos os itens e índice de validade de conteúdo de 0,84. A subescala validada permitiu a geração de mais 3 subescalas, completando um total de 60 itens. AFE identifica 4 fatores equivalentes a 4 subescalas projetadas, com coeficientes de alta confiabilidade (acima de 0,93).Conclusões: Existe uma escala de conteúdo validado, com estrutura fatorial compatível com o delineamento das 4 subescalas.
