Sumario:Objective: To analyze the school feeding programs (PAE) of Brazil, Chile and the province of Córdoba, considering their perspective of the right to food (DA) and its link with family farming (AF). Methodology: Documentary analysis based on analysis critic of fragments of discourse proposed by Jäger of the normative frameworks of the PAE Brazil, Chile, Córdoba. Results: Only the PAE of Brazil clearly and explicitly incorporates PA and DA. Chile's PAE does not explicitly mention them. The PAE of Córdoba does not integrate the AF and but the DA. Conclusions: The SAPs analyzed show consistency with direct and indirect regulatory frameworks. It is necessary to generate a national PAE in our country strong legal frameworks that integrate the DA and can be articulated with the AF as providers.
