Sumario:The main purpose of this paper is to review the public e-health policies implemented in Mexico during the Covid-19 pandemic, considering that the health emergency increased the use of ICT by the government, setting health care as one of the priority areas. Therefore, the Mexican government has increased the offer of electronic services to comply with social distancing measures as a means of avoiding the spread of the disease.  Also, this paper reviews the trajectory of the e-health policies implemented in Mexico, and the direction they took to manage the pandemic. The aim is to create a reference for adopt or reform e-health policies, through the pandemic, after it or to solve problems related to public health.
