Sumario:The following article talks about the intervention with health professionals in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Nurses have been trained to perform defusings with their teams and co-workers at the end of each day and they have also been trained to apply the vagal breathing technique on themselves and with their peers and patients. The calming effect on work stress in the nurses is mentioned.
