| Sumario: | The objective of this article is to suggest a diagnosis from Social Work based on the systemic model to approach families with adolescent children in a situation of social vulnerability in the hospital setting. Although the development is done from and for this discipline, its applications and possibilities may be incorporated to other professions which also help this population. It is a theoretical summary and a literature review from the professional practice with these subjects at a public hospital, aiming at increasing the value of diagnosis as a moment in methodology and systemic thinking as holistic paradigm. |
