To do this, the study was centered in the four Reference Regional Centers (RRC) that exist in Gran Resistencia; former neighborhood Health Centers which today offer a greater complexity level. Geographic accessibility is defined as how easy it is for the patients to use the service at the time they want or need it. The main source of information for this research is a survey carried out in the year 2010 to a sample of the population who goes to the RRCs. As main significant conclusions we can mention that the distances the users have to cover, the means of transport they have to use as well as road conditions represent a barrier and place their health at risk.
