| Sumario: | In this work, a model to incentive the participation of renovables primary energy sources in generation market on the transmission network, is presented. The hydro resource is especially considered, without loss of generality in the concepts exposed along the work, because the plants must be installed in the place where the hydro resource is located. For this objective, is introduced a Virtual Production Function, with virtual imputs and outputs, in a DEA Model.Wich efficiencies will allow to obtain a vector of factors, that change the access network fees in the direction of desired incentives. In this way, the hydroelectric plants will have lowers access fees respect to their originals costs. An application on a real transmission system is finally presented. |
