Sumario:Although there is currently a varied and documented literature in the social sciences on entrepreneurs, on the characteristics of the expansion of a capitalist model -particularly in Latin America- and on the capacities and levels of relative autonomy that the State possesses, in its different levels and jurisdictions, the works that articulate the three problems on a subnational scale are still incipient. In this sense, we present in this dossier a contribution to the relational study between two planes of analysis such as: the political sphere and the economic sphere. Our intention is to generate a field for discussion on specific cases related to the Argentine provinces.
