Sumario:The relationship between states and societies in Latin America and particularly in Argentina undergo constant configuration processes. Global trends, especially those related to the influence of neoliberalism, have repercussions on complex local realities. In each context, different forms of connection are established, crossed by different conveniences, styles and relationships based on a complex network of power relations. For this reason, the Social Sciences find the constant challenge of understanding, analyzing and investigating, from a critical perspective, social transformations.
