| Sumario: | Urban digital transformation has been consolidated as a fundamental strategy for the reconfiguration of contemporary cities, deeply impacting governance and interactions between urban actors. This article carries out a systematic analysis of the literature on digital transformation in urban governance, using the PRISMA methodology. To this end, searches were carried out in academic databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar and Latindex, applying specific inclusion criteria to select relevant studies published between 2019 and 2024. The main results show that emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and Digital citizen participation platforms have reformulated urban management, promoting more informed decisions and more inclusive governance processes. Likewise, significant challenges are identified, such as the persistence of the digital divide and concerns around cybersecurity, as well as opportunities to increase efficiency and transparency in public administration. Finally, recommendations are presented for future research and public policies that prioritize sustainability, equity, and the effective integration of digital technologies. |
