Sumario:Various affectations in some homes must be addressed based on the security that exists in the environment of the geographic space. The existence of natural phenomena that afflict the population is a reality, making it more vulnerable to various natural events. It is important to evidence various problems that exist and influence the population in multiple areas of Mexico City (CDMX), pointing out that certain geomorphological characteristics of the site enhance landslides, which harm the population year after year. The existing anthropic change in natural areas that have been modified over the years, cause adverse effects depending on the slope, by establishing no filtration due to the construction materials used, promoting various landslides. Therefore, a preventive model was elaborated, establishing some quantitative parameters of vulnerability according to affectations in housing, with the final objective of explaining to the population for a possible relocation or alert, before possible landslides due to extraordinary precipitations.
