Sumario:The article deals with the urban land production process in localities of the Santa Fe Metropolitan Area within the framework of the “My Land, My House” program implemented by the provincial Executive Power between 2012 and 2019. It arose in a situation of boost to mortgage credit by part of the national Executive Power and a sustained rise in the value of the lots, said program sought to expand the state range of housing solutions by urbanizing with infrastructure and basic services -in associated management schemes- land owned by communal, municipal, provincial or state ownership. of private holders for subsequent sale to middle and middle-low income social sectors. The research shows that these urban planning operations have expanded and facilitated the opportunities of access to housing, although being located on the margins of the urban plot, in urban-rural interface areas, in poor connectivity conditions, scarce public transport circulation, reduced commercial offer and distant from health centers, schools and facilities in general. It is worth noting that towards 2016, the renewal of authorities in the provincial government and the changes in mortgage credit reoriented the program, which put housing construction before land development.
