POSSESSION IN THE CIVIL CODE AND THE BREAKS IN THE CIVIL REFORM PROJECT OF 1936

The institute of possession is regulated in the Civil Code of 1871. The project of integral civil reform was presented in 1936. The work compares the positive law on three thematic axes to verify the existence of ruptures in the treatment of both legal sources.
